  • If you’re tired of feeling stuck and disconnected in your personal or professional life, you may benefit from the support and accountability of therapy. Everyone faces challenges in life. A therapist can help support you in sorting through your feelings and learning coping skills to build your emotional resilience.

  • While your therapist at Bloom will work with you to create a schedule that works for your needs, there are several factors that you may want to take into consideration when determining how often to go to therapy. Different challenges require varying amounts of time and effort to effectively resolve or learn to cope with. Your stage of recovery can also impact how frequently you may want to attend sessions. Your budget, your commitment to doing the work, and your therapist’s availability also play a role in your therapy schedule.

Many people see their therapist weekly or every other week, but each person’s therapy journey looks different. At Bloom, we are committed to creating a plan that works for you as you navigate life’s ups and downs.

  • Growth takes time. The amount of time you spend in therapy depends on your individual needs, goals, and resources. Many therapy clients report feeling better after three months. We find that many clients choose to schedule periodic check-ins with their therapist as a way to prioritize their mental health.

  • Therapy services at Bloom are offered as self-pay; we do not take insurance. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider if your plan allows.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance you will be charged for a full session.
